Description

3 Rooted Stems (Slips)

Native to Texas!

The luscious edible leaves are best eaten steamed, and taste quite like sauteed spinach, we think!

Rich in vitamins A, B, C, D, E and K, and contains many healthy nutrients like Niacin, Riboflavin, Thiamine, Folic Acid, Calcium, Zinc and Iron

Also makes a lovely, fast growing, groundcover, great for making landscaped, low-lying, or raised areas, both green and deliciously edible and healthy!

Can be used as a vine to climb up trellises or walls or trees, too, and we find this also makes it more likely to produce sweet potato tubers.

REMINDER: It is very important that you do your own research before trying any type of plant that is new to you, since there is always the possibility that we missed vital information, or misunderstood what we have read.
